This is
basically a bunch of things I wanted in October but never got round to buying
or it was way too expensive. You may like the
things I put up - if you do then you can buy them too.
1. L'Oreal Paris Lip Stain – I have become super obsessed with lip products and I find myself wanting to buy everything I come across however, I do believe this colour is not actually available here in the UK. I’ve seen similar by the same brand but unfortunately not the same. They do offer 12 colours – I was going to buy Everlasting Caramel or Berry Persistent or both, obviously you're not obliged to buy the same but you can do.
2. Tony Moly Lovely Lip Patch – this is a product from Korea. I’ve seen some of the youtubers I watch actually use and review these. Apparently you put it on before you apply lip products for 3 – 5 minutes and it hydrates your lips. I’m not entirely sure how but I’d really like to give it a go, the packaging also looks really cute so I have nothing against it.
3. Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil - Bought – My previous post was about my skin care routine and I’ve been looking at alternative for cleansing wipes (for make up removal) and this is definitely something I will try this month and update you about. I have heard that it ‘melts the make-up off your face’, I’d like to test whether or not that is a myth but I do like Body Shop products so I wouldn’t mind trying it out.
4. Sticker Nail Things – I have no idea what the proper name for it is but I would assume it’s an alternative for fake nails. You can design your own stickers or buy pre-designed ones (and there’s a large variety to choose from), I think it is then printed and sent to you. I actually saw it on Instagram and I was considering trying these out as I’m a massive fan of painting my nails as wild as possible. I don't actually wear fake nails because if not removed properly they make your nails thinner hence break much more easily, also I can't wear them anyway due to the degree I study.
5. Curl Recovery Melt Down Extreme Repair Mask – I have super long, super curly hair with a touch of fizziness. I don’t generally ever get split ends (touch wood) and my hair is occasionally soft but most of the time it feels…dry? I’m not too sure how to describe the texture of my hair but it’s not exactly ‘healthy’. I’m going to look for similar products in the UK but this was one that appealed to me. I think another brand I was going to try was Soap and Glory but they stop selling the product but it wasn't specific to curly hair.
6. Michael Kors Chronograph Watch – this watch is something I’ve been eyeing for months on end. I was slightly skeptical about whether I wanted gold or rose gold (I don’t know if they have silver). I went for rose gold because gold might be to gaudy on my arm. It is obviously very pricey however the website I've linked in does it for almost £90 less than normal shops, they have other watches that you may be interested in too. I think it's essential to own at least one watch but the watches I have aren't anything like this one so I really want this one.
7. Serinna (Aldo) - Bought – These are lace up ankle boots, which I saw in a magazine. You can get them in Black, Navy or Bordeaux, I played safe and went for black but I may get navy as I have more than enough black boots. They have rubber soles so they would be quite comfortable to walk around in however they might be a bit too shiny for some people. In addition to this, the difference between this shoe and other ankle boots would be the silver zip on the back of the shoe – it gives off the ‘edgy look’.
8. Midi Skirt with a Sheer Panel – Sheer panels became quite popular recently and you see them almost everywhere now. In
addition to this, I do not own a single midi skirt. I’m always reluctant to buy
them because they’d make me look super short but heels exist so my problem was
solved pretty fast. I like the material the skirt is made from, it looks silky but thicker, if that makes sense...probably not.
9. Black Floral Skort – if you have no idea what a skort is I will tell you - it is basically a pair of shorts combined with a skirt however you don't necessarily notice the shorts. This could be an item of clothing that is really hard to pair
something else with but I think it’s quite cute and this is yet again something
else I have never owned but always wanted. I really like floral clothing and this doesn't look too summery so it can be worn during autumn. Also if you like sitting like a man it's doable as you literally have a pair of shorts on underneath.
10. Wash Denim Long Shirt Dress – I would like to own this piece but it is straight off a
denim clothes line based in Korea (obsession alert!) and so it's really expensive but
this was the one that literally spoke to me and screamed ‘Buy me!’. I have been
looking around everywhere for something similar but I cannot find anything so
if you’re reading this and you know somewhere that has something similar,
please tell me below. I like the sleeves of this long shirt/dress, normally you don't find clothes with three buttons to fasten so it's unique in that sense.
I will probably make a December Wish List next month and if I buy any of these I will update everyone.
Thank you for reading.
