June Splurge - London part II

So here you have it - Part II, I think the products in the Haul post are slightly more expensive as the last one was mainly drugstore but hey ho.

Lakeside - Topshop & Mac
From Mac I got the ever so famous Fix + spray, one of my friends did try get it for my birthday but because of its popularity it was sold out so I was fortunate to stumble across a MAC shop. When I use foundation I end up looking really cakey so I’m going to give this a go and pray my face looks more natural. I’ve also seen this products being use on the brush after the product is on it to help set in the product, which, isn’t really the purpose of the spray but if it works why not.

I wanted to try out a cream contour because I was intrigued by the idea. I may end up preferring cream contours because powder contour disappears on my face as the day goes on so I may use both. The shade I got was Sweep but there was a darker shade, which I didn’t pick up because it wouldn’t look very natural on me. Sweep was a bit more grey toned compared to the other which was a warmer shade.

Subsequently I picked up two lipsticks, which, by the way, are so pigmented and creamy that I cannot stop using. The picture I originally had of both lipsticks wasn’t very focused however both are bullet lipsticks. Temptation is a matte reddy-brown, redder than brown shade, which really does look seductive when on your lips. The Damned is a bold purple (not matte) lipstick with a slight pink tone. It’s a ‘loud’ colour, this is a purple you can wear in summer compared to the Maybelline one.

Oxford Street – Clinique & KIKO
My sister bought herself a chubby stick and managed to convince me to get on to, I bought my other sister one as well so I ended up getting a make-up bag loaded with freebies. The shade I got was 08 gradiest grape, the texture is basically like a lip balm and you can build this colour to make it look more like a creamy lipstick or you can use this as a lip tint – whatever floats your boats. I’ve used the eye & lip make up remover (it’s really good) – it is an oil based so works pretty well. I’ve been using the serum everyday so far I will review it after it’s finished.

So earlier I talked about the Soap & Glory SUPERCAT liner basically what I was going to do was use this gel eyeliner and the felt tip together. The black is a really nice bold black and it was also on sale so after battling with myself over other products I walked out of KIKO with just this eyeliner.

Folks, that is the end of my London Haul coming next is Korea wooooooo~

Thank you for Reading J
