This picture was taken off Google as when I went the
gates were closed and there were people standing in front all the time so it
was impossible for me to take a good picture of the palace.
The first place I went into was The King’s State
Apartment where they had quite a few of these:
I didn’t actually do this but you can stand behind
these and put your head where the head would be and take pictures. I purely
admired how well it was made. The last dress there actually resembled one of
the dresses that were behind cases.
On the left of this picture you can see a glass
display with dress designs on it, they were actually paper doll
costumes; dolls have prettier clothes than I ever will *sobs*.
I really like the folding fans but prefer the one in the second picture because
I'm all for multicoloured things. Also if you look at those shoes you notice
two things:
1. They have small feet
2. Those shoes do not look comfortable at all.
The second place we went into was The Queen’s State
Apartment that was filled with a lot of China Plates and Vases... you name
it, and it was probably there. Although it was pretty, there was probably one
too many.
This one was above a door frame, which I suppose could
be extremely dangerous but was most likely to be safe if it was in the Palace.
Just before you go into her bedroom you see her desk (I suppose), it
can't really be a vanity table because you're missing the mirror. It was
quite small but I liked the detail on the desk.

If I wasn't emphasising on how small everything seemed
this bed possibly says it all. It's actually beautiful, and the detail of the
actual bed itself was astounding , however, it looks very very very
uncomfortable. I don't like high beds but I wouldn't mind it if it was wider
yet as you can see the bed isn't wide at all. If you are someone that rolls
around a lot this bed is not the one for you.
After this we went into the Modern Royals,
which was personally my favourite because it had the Royal Ceremonial Dresses
and along the walls they had all the Vogue magazines with the Queen or
Princesses on the cover. I'm now just going to put up some of the dresses that I
saw (and loved) before I go on to Victoria Revealed.

This one was my personal favourite out the many
dresses I saw, I absolutely loved the embellishment and how the dress has been
put together.
So the last place we visited before leaving was Victoria
Revealed. You go through the rooms that Queen Victoria grew up in and see
her memories and how she lived.

I've never actually owned a doll house myself, so I
wasn't jealous of her doll house but I can imagine that little girls that saw
this would be in awe...especially since they possibly don't sell doll houses
this big.
This painting along with the one further below was
amazing. I did take up art at one point but I was better at drawing scenery
rather than people and I worked best with ink and nib in comparison to paint -
so anyone who could draw portraits so well made me jealous, immediately.
I would have loved horse riding if i wasn't so
scared of animals...I sit there praying that the horse won't eat my leg off.
This was really cool, it was a series of glass put
together with the same distance apart, so when you look at it from the front it
looks like and ongoing road.
Lastly - my purchase of the day.
I bought it for either £7 or £17... as you can see, I
don't spend money wisely at all and I hope as I get older I'll learn how to but
for now I suppose my bank account will just suffer from damage. There was 4 or
5 of these little boxes to choose from, and on each one the angel was playing a
different instrument - I picked the violin because it was the only instrument
which I could relate to the most. It now holds my rings inside so I suppose I
didn't waste money because I'm using the box for a purpose rather than having
my rings everywhere in my room... (I'm making up excuses...).
